At Beher USA, we prioritize the quality of our premium Iberian products; however, due to the perishable nature of our food items, returns are generally restricted to damaged or incorrect shipments. If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the documentation within 48 hours of receipt.

    Resolution Process

    Once your claim is validated, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
